The Fine Print

• By purchasing one of our vouchers, you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions, shipping information, and voucher-related regulations.
• For all inquiries regarding redeeming a voucher for a room booking, please get in touch with our reservations department: hamburg.guestservice@marriott.com
• The vouchers are multi-purpose vouchers and are only valid at the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel.
• The voucher is valid for 3 years. After this period it automatically loses its value.
• A cash payout is not possible, and the voucher is non-exchangeable.
• Value vouchers must always be redeemed in full. If the consumption value is lower than the voucher value, the difference cannot be paid out in cash.
• Please note that the voucher does not guarantee a table reservation if the restaurant is fully booked.
• The hotel reserves the right to define blackout dates on which the voucher cannot be redeemed.
• The hotel’s cancellation policy applies to all bookings and reservations.
• In order to use a room voucher please contact: hamburg.guestservice@marriott.com for all room booking inquiries.
• When paying with a voucher, all government taxes and price components are automatically included. Any additional charges, such as the cultural and tourism tax, must be paid separately.
• A voucher does not exempt guests from placing a deposit upon arrival for an overnight stay. This deposit will be charged by the reception and released after departure.
